Best One of Monroe (Zurcher Tire, Inc.)

Zurcher Tire was founded in 1948 in Monroe, Indiana by Paul Zurcher. Paul built his business on faith, family, community, servanthood, entrepreneurship, and a true passion for helping others. Paul always said, “We sell tires, but we serve people!”

The growth of the Monroe business encouraged Paul to invest in others. Paul quickly learned that helping others reach their dreams was the key to personal and professional success. In the past 70 years, the Zurcher Group evolved from a one-bay service station in Monroe to more than 250 locations across 26 states.

In the year 2000, Paul and his family realized the synergy that a common brand could create for the organization. Thus, the evolution continued, and the Best-One® brand was born. The vision for Best-One was then and is today to be the leading and most trusted provider of tires and services in all of our geographic markets. To embrace brand equity and entrepreneurship while building the Best-One brand, Zurcher Tire became Zurcher’s Best-One Tire & Auto Care.

Business continued as usual: same great service, same great prices, same friendly faces and the same ownership. Almost 20 years later and 3 generations of Zurcher’s strong, we stay centered on our mission of Creating Raving Fans® while we evolve to fit an ever-changing marketplace. One thing that never wavers is our commitment to people and our Best-One core values:

In the 70 years since its foundation in Monroe, the Best-One brand has grown! To promote that expansion and evolution, we are excited to announce that Zurcher’s Best-One is becoming Best-One of Monroe as of July 1, 2018.
