Affolder Equipment Sales, Inc is located at 6704 US Hwy 27 South in Berne. They have been serving Berne and the surrounding area since 1928 for all your farm, industrial and commercial implement needs including lawn and garden equipment.

Affolder Equipment Sales, Inc. is owned by Greg Milholland and has 15 employees. They provide sales and service of equipment for Bobcat, Kabota, Versatile, Sunflower, Massey Ferguson, Great Plains, Kuhn, Landpride and Hesston machines. Along with sales and service of large equipment, toys and parts for garden tools are also available in their newly refurbished showroom. 

On December 19, 2011 fire destroyed the repair section of the business. During the months that followed Affolder was able to continue service to many area farmers due to the kindness of fellow business in Berne.  A testament to how the Berne business community comes together in a time of need. The newly constructed Service and Repair building is 60% larger than the original. The building is complete with offices and a conference room which also serves as a repair manual library. Affolder’s celebrated a Grand Re-Opening on November 16-17 with open invitations to customers and the public to showcase the newly constructed Service and Repair Center. 

Many Swiss Days festival goers use the shuttles to get from one great event to another. Affolder Implement has supplied the tractors and driver’s training for this service for the past several years. Their contribution doesn’t end there they also supply the festival staff with utility vehicles to monitor the festival and aid in set up and tear down of the 3 day celebration. Without their support many tasks during this time would be much more difficult.
